Google Forms: Learn how to create surveys, quizzes, questionnaires, registration forms, progress monitoring tools, equipment tracking or any kind of data gathering tool you need with Google Forms.  You will also learn how to access the data your Google Form collects through both automatically generated graphs as well as Google Sheets.  Then we will explore how add-ons can be used with Google Forms and Google Sheets to turn the data you have collected into emails and documents automatically! You will create and leave with a Google Form that you can begin using right away to simplify your workflow.
